I have walked a long path of inner research and work. Not from books, but from lived experience — on myself first, then with others.
I have always been moved by a feeling difficult to name: that something is missing, something no person or material thing can give you. Something transcendent. That search is what brought me here, and what I continue to inhabit.
I have always read books and manuals after having the experience. They came afterward to give structure to something I had already lived — not the other way around.
I have also arrived at an understanding that guides all my work: when we search for the cause of something — whether physical, emotional, relational — the answer is never just one. All information is contained in a field of consciousness that holds everything: the wound and also the medicine to heal it.
